Sean Fagan was born in New Orleans, La. on March 31, 1965. He is a graduate of Jesuit High School in New Orleans, La. He attended Washington and Lee University in Lexington, Va. Mr. Fagan received a B.S. from Louisiana State University in 1988 and received his J.D. in 1991. He was admitted to the Louisiana Bar Association in October 1991 and also admitted to practice in Texas in June, 1992. Mr. Fagan has argued before all five Circuit Courts of Appeal in Louisiana and has also argued before the Supreme Court of the State of Louisiana. In addition he is admitted to practice in all three United States District Courts of the State of Louisiana and has argued before the United States Court of Appeal, 5th Circuit. Mr. Fagan is also a member of the Bar for the United States Supreme Court.
