Our client was severely injured in a collision and the defendant did not have enough liability insurance to compensate our client for all of his damages. After significant investigation and litigation it was discovered and proven at trial that his employer had 21 million dollars in uninsured/underinsured (UM) coverage. Settlement was obtained for our client in the amount of 11.2 million dollars.
