Our client (Louisiana resident) suffered brain and cervical injuries in a motor vehicle collision. A consent judgment was entered into by the defendant in the amount of 1.4 million dollars (including legal interest), after a 16.5 million dollar judgment was rendered against defendants in a separate but related lawsuit that we won for a client also injured in the motor vehicle collision at issue.
