Contractor Injured at Industrial Plant

Our client, a certified welder, suffered severe brain damage when he was struck in the head by flying debris from an explosion at the plant where he was working. The explosion occurred as a result of the negligence of a sub contractor on the site, who was improperly pressure testing a vessel. The jury awarded, with accrued legal interest, 7.1 million dollars.
